- Please note that refunds are not available, but appointments can be rescheduled.
- Privacy and security are our top priorities, which is why we provide discreet, confidential testing environments. Some tests may require specific environments for accuracy, confidentiality and security.
- For quality, safety, and hygienic reasons, all pets including but not limited to dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, insects, and amphibians are not allowed in the testing area. Service animals are an exception.
- Payment for services is required at the time of scheduling an appointment. Consultations are free. We will reschedule appointments if there are extenuating circumstances.
- If law enforcement needs to get involved because of the behavior of any parties, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged a non-refundable fee for the full amount of the appointment or service(s).
- For the safety of everyone involved, the specimen collector will wear a mask and gloves. If you have any respiratory or communicable conditions like the common cold, Covid-19, influenza, bronchitis, asthma, or pneumonia, you must wear a mask.
- Test results will be sent via email and certified postal mail to the address provided, requiring your signature for certified mail.
- We only accept electronic forms of payment such as credit cards, debit cards, and payment plans like Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, and Sezzle. No cash app, Paypal, Venmo, or Apple Pay will be accepted.
